Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please do so 24 hours before scheduled time. 

 

No call/no show: If you schedule an appointment and do not call 24 hours before to cancel or don’t show at the time scheduled you will be charged a no show fee of $25 at your next scheduled appointment. 

 

Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.

You MUST come thoroughly washed with no oils in hair. If you need to be detangled and blow-dried it will be a $15 up-charge.

Deposit Policy: There is a $25 (non-refundable) deposit due at the time of booking. If there is no deposit sent at the time of booking or at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment. Your appointment will not be secured.
